The Commando Helicopter Operations Support Cell provided the ground support for the Royal Navy's Sea King commando squadrons, and when they deployed to the Gulf in late 1990 CHOSC took its 127-inch Land Rover ambulance with it. Bob Morrison believes it the only 127 to go to the Gulf War.

The registry's model reuses the Wolf ambulance body in stone with the pink streaks, Red Crescent and Red Cross panels, AMBULANCE plate, bonnet spare, bull bar with blue lamps and CHOSC card; in the game it carries the blue-light boost and winch pickups of an ambulance.
