The record
The Land Doughver is a West Sussex wood-fired pizza business run by a team of chefs from near Chichester. Their Defender 110 hard top, Chi-Chi, was converted to carry a stone pizza oven weighing close to a tonne inside the rear body, its arched mouth opening through a black panel on the left side of the hard top so that pizzas are stretched by hand, fired and served at the vehicle's side under pull-out awnings. The oven burns kiln-dried ash at around 450 °C and cooks two or three pizzas in ninety seconds. The white Defender wears The LAND DOUGHVER lettering on the black panels, a pizza logo on the front doors and the email and web address on the rear doors, with roof rails and white steel wheels.
The registry's model is a white Defender 110 hard top with the black side panels, oven mouth, lettering, pizza logo, contact lines and roof rails; as directed the awnings are not modelled.
